Introducing Linden DK

We added a couple of new yarns to the October House lineup back in December and you can find them in the shop as part of our regular shop updates.  The first one is a plied DK yarn called Linden DK. It's yummy stuff:)

I am excited to work with these yarns! The process of testing out new yarn bases involves a lot of handling of the fibers, a lot of swatching, and a lot of knitting, not to mention the dyeing. I can tell you that these yarns have been a joy to have in my hands. Soft and silky, plump and smooth - they are wonderful additions to our yarn line.

Here are the details:

YARN WEIGHT : DK
FIBER CONTENT: 50% Superwash Merino, 50% Silk
PLIES: 4 plies
YARDAGE: 230 yards (210 m) / approx. 100g
GAUGE: 4.5-5.5 sts = 1 inch on US 4-6 (3.50-4.00 mm)

Linden DK is a truly luxurious skein of superwash merino and silk. This is a special yarn that is perfect for any project!
