I had almost two months there where I didn't do any knitting. It got so blistering hot here, there was no way I was going to have any interest in picking up any wool. (And yes, wool and knitting are firmly connected in my head. I love wool - love it. But not when it's 108 degrees and 80% humidity.)
But, a couple of weeks ago I picked up a shawl I've been working on (the blob below).
The yarn is Classic Elite Silky Alpaca Lace, a wonderfully soft and ever-so-slightly fuzzy yarn.
So, the knits return. Just another step in my fall fever. October is coming!
